By accessing or using EarningsDeck, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
02 · The service
EarningsDeck provides tools for organizing public company information, financial data, filings, earnings materials, and investor events. Features and coverage may change as the service evolves.
03 · Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
04 · Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel from your account settings.
05 · Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, circumvent access controls, interfere with platform operation, resell data without permission, or use automated access outside the documented API and applicable rate limits.
06 · No investment advice
EarningsDeck provides information for research and educational purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for your investment decisions.
07 · Data and availability
We work to provide accurate and timely information but do not guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our control.
